*Our store/warehouse is located in Brooklyn NY. Regular UPS Ground shipping
usualy takes 1-2 days for NJ, CT, PA, and other East Coast and closer states.
But it will take 5-7 business days to deliver to CA, TX, or WA. Most of the
orders are shipped the same business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for
processing of some orders.
*$1.00 US will be charged for processing of the International orders and other
orders where billing information is not matching the credit card bank records.
DROP SHIPPING (shipping to address different from the billing address of the
credit card)We do drop ship, but it may take longer to verify the card

RETURN POLICY
*There is no restocking fee.
* All returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
* Returning a racquet: 1. The plastic wrap on the handle should not be removed.
2. The racquet should not be played with. The racquet should not have any ball
fuzz on the strings or scrapes to the bumper guard. 3. Credit for string and
shipping costs will only be given provided the order was in the error of
TennisBoom
*There is no return on used merchandise. Any used item returned to
Intersportsmall will be shipped back to a customer at customer's expence.
*There is no refund for shipping charges. Total refund for the items (shipped
free) returned will be subject to a shipping charge applied for the order
($5-12). In other words, we do not charge any shipping and handling fees for
orders over $299.99 . But if for some reason customer returns the merchandise
these fees will be subtracted from the total refund. In case if we charged $5.00
for shipping and the order was returned , the refund amount will be less the
actual shipping charge. In most cases it is from $5 to $10. The UPS shipping
rate could be checked at www.UPS.com our Zip code is 11235.
*Total refund for racquets (strung for free) returned will be subject to a
$10.00 (stringing + the cost of strings) charge.
*Any custom stringing purchased(the cost of strings) will not be refunded or
credited. $8.00 will be charged for custom stringing(service) in case if racquet
is returned.

*Please use American Express for faster processing as it has the international
address verification service most of the times.
*There is NO FREE SHIPPING for international orders. shipping charges depend
from the weight. Put International USPS Air for Shipping Method in the shopping
cart to see the charges for USPS.(1 racquet should be $25.00 US). Additional
charges may be applied at the country of destination(please check with your
customs about the customs fees prior to placing the order ). Due to the high
risk for the international credit card transactions Tennis Boom Inc. no longer
sends international orders without the address verification. It takes 1-2 days
longer to process. Please check your email in 1-2 days after the order is
placed. These measures are needed only for credit protection of our customers.

*There will be no drop shipping for the International Orders (shipping and
billing address for the card should be the same).
*Within USA: any order over $299.99 is shipped FREE by UPS ground when shipped
within the continental US. Shipping charge for orders under $299.98 is $5.00.
Other options like 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are also available for US orders
but for extra charge. You will see shipping charges in the shopping cart.
*(Exception: other US territories separated from the continental US where the
shipping for the first 2 lb is $5.00, but over 2lb is depending from the USPS
charges, $10-15 in the most cases for 1-2 racquets). You will see the charges on
the box.
*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories separated from the
continental US is $10.00 by USPS(extra charges could be added after order is
shipped if USPS charges are more). Or UPS 2nd or Next Day Air for extra charges.

Shipping to Canada: orders to Canada are charged according to USPS or UPS

by International USPS Air, charges are set automatically when placing the order
