Accordingly, the following policies are in place: GUARANTEE Every retail item sold is covered by the Street Beat Customs 30-Day Guarantee.
If a customer is unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All products returned must be in new condition, in original packaging and are subject to the Return Policy listed below.
After the 30-day period, please contact Street Beat Customs customer service to obtain warranty contact information regarding additional manufacturer coverage. RETURN POLICY Merchandise Return If it is desired to make a return, please E-mail, fax or phone with complete details and reason to request approval for the return.
Upon approval, a return authorization (RA) number will be issued.
Upon receipt of RA number, simply ship the package back to Street Beat Customs in original condition and in original packaging.
Returns for replacement or exchange will not be subject to a restocking fee.
