process, please make sure you have the item name and number available.
Order Status
You can find out the status of your order any time by going to the shopping
history in your account section. Click on the order number you're interested in
to determine the status of that order.
Order by Catalog Online
You can order your favorite State Line Tack catalog products online. Visit the
Catalog Quick Shop page to start shopping. You'll need the catalog product
number for each item you would like to purchase. If you can not find the catalog
item online, please call our Customer Service Center, toll free, at (888)
839-9640.
Can't Find Product
You can still order a favorite product, even though you don't find it online. We
like to offer new or seasonal products, and sometimes not every product
available is listed online. If you don't see what you're looking for, call us at
(888) 839-9640 and ask for it by name and manufacturer. We will do our best to
get it for you.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to have as much faith in our products as we do. Therefore, we stand
behind every item we sell. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, simply return the product or the unused portion and we will
credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges or
replace the item. This guarantee also applies to saddles, providing our saddle
instructions are closely followed. Our goal is your complete satisfaction!
We make every effort to ship orders in a timely fashion. In the event that you
select a back ordered item, your order may be divided into multiple shipments,
as we will ship products that are immediately available from our distribution
centers.
Charges for back ordered items will not be applied to your credit card until we
actually ship them to you; there is no need to re-order. Additionally, you will
be charged for shipping only once.
Our prices are set independently of the store locations. As an Internet company,
StateLineTack.com is committed to bringing you, our customer, the best overall
prices available online.
Invoice
Your order confirmation includes your invoice. Please keep this for your
records. In the event that you have misplaced it, please contact us at (888)
839-9640 and we will send a copy to you.
Payment Options
StateLineTack.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All
prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. Unfortunately, at this time
we do not accept checks, cash or money orders for online orders.
Sales Tax
StateLineTack.com, a division of PETsMART, Inc., is required to collect sales
tax on orders shipped to all states except: Alaska, Delaware, District of
Columbia, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South
Dakota, and Wyoming. The appropriate state and local tax rate will be charged on
the price of the purchased items and, where required by law, on shipping and
handling charges.
If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact the customer service center
and provide them with the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption
Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting the customer service center
before entering your order will help to avoid billing adjustments.
Will State Line Tack stores be able to accept my returns or exchanges from
Catalog or Web purchases?
You may return (or exchange) items purchased from the State Line Tack Catalog or
Web at any local State Line Tack store. If you return an item with receipt for
refund, the method of refund will be the same as the original payment method. If
you do not have a receipt, a store credit will be issued.
Will all the same products be available in State Line Tack stores, catalog and
online?
In general, many of the same items will be available for your convenience in
stores, catalog and online. However, products and prices may occasionally vary
by purchase area or method of shopping.
Will State Line Tack stores be able to answer my questions about Catalog or Web
orders placed?
The stores will not have information about your current or past Catalog or Web
order history. If you have questions concerning a Catalog or Web order you've
