Our Guarantee
It is your legal right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven
working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. At Royal
Doulton, if any of our products arrive damaged or imperfect we'll replace it
without question. If you decide you don't want the product when you get it, send
it back to us within thirty days in saleable condition and we'll return all your
money. (This applies to all of Royal Doulton's products, except for earrings).
