What WE DO is offer thousands of different office products that are affordably priced, easy to order: combine that with free shipping (min order only $100. does not apply to truck shipments) and great customer service, and you have a hard-to-beat deal! Many of our products ship directly from the factory avoiding problems with out of stock items.
On many larger orders we automatically give you a discount! Look for "extra savings" next to thousands of items for details! All our product information is on the web! Find what you want and use our great shopping cart to order. If you need additional information on a product, you can use our contact link at the bottom of every page to request a web page update with more details!
"THE BOTTOM LINE SHOPPING CART" We really wanted to call it "THE NO BULL____ SHOPPING CART", but we had to settle on the above so we did not offend our sensibilities! We have a simple shopping cart that shows you merchandise total, discounts, shipping, tax, i.e., the BOTTOM LINE, and in the same secure window, you enter your name and payment information. It is so simple, make sure you don't check out before you have selected everything you need!
On those compliated freight orders where we simply can't get you a shipping cost without contacting the trucking company we make it easy with a quick and simple shipping questionaire in the shopping cart.
You will receive an instant email confirmation of your order, along with your order number and order total. Your order is promptly reviewed and submitted to one of our distribution centers or directly to the manufacturer for shipment. We have been blamed for working too quickly for customers that change their minds! We are just too efficient sometimes! Review your order at your lesuire, but be rest assured that once you press the process order button lesuire is not a word that will apply to our handling of it!
Our online shopping cart is so good we've dropped our order line. You can much more quicky and efficiently get your order in on line and the 128 bit encryption assures your credit card number is protected.
A few large truck orders, HI, AK and U.S. Military APO/FPO shipping charges are not yet calculated online; we're working on it!
"SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION" You will be emailed the tracking number(s) for all packages. You can keep an eye on how UPS or the other carriers are handling your order. If it looks like your package has been delayed or lost after shipment please contact UPS or other carrier directly with the tracking number for more information.
"RECEIPTS" Whether you pay by paypal, credit card or check / money order, a written receipt is mailed to you (by the U.S. Postal Service) for your records. Unfortunately, for security reasons we cannot under any circumstance email or fax the receipts.
"CUSTOMER SERVICE" Our pledge is to have "get the problem solved NOW" customer service. We have thousands of items, an automated warehouse, and thousands of packages shipped across the country, problems do happen.
We've developed an online customer service system to provide the best customer service we can. You can be assure that even though you are interacting with our system online, that real people are behind the scenes resolving the problem!
The key to resolving these problems, whatever they might be, is getting all the information on the problem and the resolution right away and at one time. We know it can be frustrating if UPS loses a package or the warehouse computer puts the wrong item in a box.

"WHAT WE DON'T DO"

is take special orders. ship to a different address. is provide customer service on the phone. sell products or services not listed on our website. take orders by phone.
"SPECIAL ORDERS" Special orders are not accepted, since, from past experience, we have learned that this is the quickest way to frustrate ourselves and our customers. It is nice to be able to sell a large quantity of items and make lots of money. HOWEVER, it is not so nice when items do not come in stock, as manufacturer's promise, eta's are not met, and so forth. So, to reduce the headache for you and for us, we do not offer special orders. We specialize in selling those items listed on our website. If it's not on our web site, we don't sell it.
"SHIPPING ADDRESSES" We have an occasional complaint in regard to our policy of only allowing the shipping address to match the billing address on the credit card used to place the orders. (in fact it is a policy that the credit card companies require; and makes sense). We do this as much for your protection as ours. Unfortunately, not everyone is as honest as we would all hope. In the event your card is lost or stolen, you are protected against unwanted purchases. You know, if there is an occasion where you wish the delivery to go to a different address than what is on the card (a P.O. Box billing address is a good example, since UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes), you can make a simple phone call to your credit card accounting department and give them the additional address as an acceptable delivery address for that card. It only takes a few minutes, and will allow your card to pass the address verification.
"CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE" Were you ever told something on the phone... and later told something different? It does no one any good! Our web page customer service gives you a complete, written record of the complete handling of your customer service issue! Let us research your problem so you get the right answer the first time!
No matter what the problem, be aware that even though customer service is via email, you are still receiving personal attention from someone who really cares about the problem. We will fix the situation to the best of our ability, and then try to prevent the same situation from occuring again. This is why our website is constantly changing for the better! The more complete the information you provide on the form, the more efficient we can be at "fixing the problem NOW!"
"NOT ON THE WEB SITE" If it's not on our web site, we don't carry it. Simple! If you call and we tell you we don't carry it; it's not on our web site, don't be annoyed. We only sell what's on our website. There is no other way to put it! Use our comprehensive search to locate the product we carry that meet your needs.
