Price Guarantee
Pool Dawg offers a price match guarantee. Occasionally, you may buy an item that
goes on sale on Pool Dawg or you find a lower advertised price from a competitor
on an identical item. We are more than happy to adjust your purchase price to
match the new price.
Price Match Guarantee only applies for 30 days from time of purchase. Any order
older than 30 days does not qualify for this guarantee. We do not honor price
match for products that are on clearance, closeouts or from online auction
sites.
To receive a price match credit:
1. Please fill out the form below so that we have all the necessary information
to make your price guarantee request as easy and quick as possible.
2. E-mail us your request at returns@pooldawg.com – include:
· Price Guarantee Form
· Original order number
· URL/Link for the lower price
3. We will process a credit to your credit card within 24hours of our
evaluations of the product/s. Please allow additional time for the credit of
your return to show up on your statement. Purchases made by check must wait for
the original check to clear prior to receiving your money back. You can also
receive a store credit.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Pool Dawg offers a 30-day money back guarantee on any new and unused product
purchased from Pool Dawg. We want you to be satisfied. No restocking fees, no
hassles. Cues must be unchalked and in original condition to receive full refund
or credit.
Product Warranty
Pool Dawg will honor a one-year warranty from all manufacturer defects. Claims
after one year are subject to manufacturer policies and their approval. Special
note: Warping once a cue is chalked is not considered a defect.
