PeoplePC Accelerated comes with In-page Ad Blocking
PeoplePC Accelerated can block most advertisements that appear on web pages.
When blocked, they will appear as light gray boxes. To view a blocked ad, you
can refresh the picture with full quality in just two clicks.

- Compression. PeoplePC Accelerated delivers text and graphics more efficiently,
using a compression technology that significantly reduces the size of web pages

- Caching. PeoplePC Accelerated retains and re-uses web pages and page elements
that you have previously viewed. Your web pages will load faster the more you
use PeoplePC Accelerated.
- Persistent Connections. PeoplePC Accelerated uses techniques to manage and
optimize the communication between your modem and our network of servers through
a persistent connection. This eliminates the time wasted re-establishing and
closing TCP/IP connections over a modem.
