stretcher bars. Then we frame the painting and put all the necessary hardware
for you to hang your painting on your wall.
Can I order my painting unframed?
Yes you can. It is your choice if you would like OverstockArt to frame your
painting or if you would like to order an unframed painting. If you just order a
painting without the frame we would roll the canvas and ship it to you in a
tube. You would save about $40 to $80 buying your painting framed with us when
compared to having your local frame shop frame it.
Can I order my painting framed?
YES! OverstockArt has a great selection of beautiful frames. Go to our Frames
Gallery and pick the frame of your choice. Your painting will be shipped
stretched, framed, and ready to hang on your wall.
What does free stretching mean?
In order to have your painting framed it first has to be stretched across
stretcher bars. If you purchase your painting along with a frame, OverstockArt
will stretch the painting for free. Your local frame shop will charge you
anywhere from $20 to $40 to stretch the oil painting you just bought.
How long will I have to wait for my painting?
Your painting usually gets shipped to you within 24 hours (on weekdays). If you
choose FedEx Ground as your shipping method, it will arrive within 3 to 5
business days.
By what date must an order be placed for paintings to be received by Christmas?
* Free Ground Shipping: Monday 12/19
* 2-Day Shipping: Wednesday 12/21
* Overnight Shipping: Thursday 12/22
What precautions are taken to ship the painting safely to the customer?
Due to the caliber of the product, we take extra care to ship it to you safely.
If you choose to frame your painting, it is packaged in bubble wrap and shipped
in a double wall box. If you choose not to frame your painting, it is shipped
rolled inside a FedEx tube.
How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE in the continental U.S. if you choose FedEx Ground as your
shipping option. Other shipping options are FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight and
those charges are displayed when you check out. International orders are subject
to additional shipping charges.
What is your Return Policy?
OverstockArt has a 45- Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely
satisfied with your art you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the
purchase price (refund does not include shipping, if applicable). The above
return policy does not apply to special orders. There are no returns for special
orders.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only Kansas residents are charged a 7.3% sales tax.
