unlimited access and e-mail option and add additional features later when you’re
ready.
Do I need a disk to get the software?
No, Netscape is designed to be efficient and requires minimal computer
resources. You can sign up and install the service online so you can start using
your Netscape service in no time.
Will Netscape Internet Service support my operating system and Web browser?
The Netscape Internet Service will support the following operating systems and
Web browsers. Here is a list of the system requirements:

Yes, you can choose your own e-mail address@netscape.com. And since Netscape is
a relatively new Internet service, you have an opportunity to get the e-mail
address you want, if available. So finally, you don't have to live with being
jp_xyz73410@internet.com anymore.
Where can I access my e-mail?
The e-mail system is Web-based, which means members can access their e-mail from
any Internet connection. Netscape Internet Service also supports AOL®
Communicator, Microsoft® Outlook, Microsoft® Outlook Express, and other POP3
e-mail software.
Does Netscape provide free customer service?
Members have access to free online help for any billing and technical questions
and free phone support for any billing questions. For those who may need live
technical help to get started, Netscape provides free live phone support to get
you through the installation and signing on for the first time. After you are
off and running, we are able to keep your monthly fees low by not charging you
for live phone support that you don't need.
For those members who may need live technical support by phone, we do provide
phone support for $10 per issue resolved within 48 hours, regardless of how many

What are the accepted methods of payment?
Netscape accepts most major credit cards—American Express®, Discover® Card,

What does it mean to be in good standing?
To be in good standing, current members of Netscape Internet Service must not
have any Terms of Service violations and must have no outstanding balance on
their Netscape account. People usually fall out of good standing when they

When do I receive my Guarantee refund?
