Delivery information
UK Delivery Charges
UK orders of £150 or over will be delivered free of charge (excluding Channel
Islands and BFPO). UK orders of less than £150 will be charged £3.95 per order
(excluding Channel Islands and BFPO). If the order is over £100 and you paid
using a Mothercare card then delivery is free.

UK Delivery Information
We aim to deliver your order within 4 working days. If the first delivery
attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel may be taken to your nearest Post Office
for collection. Please contact Mothercare Direct on 08453 30 40 30 for more
information.
Selected items may take a little longer, this will be indicated on the product
information and order summary pages. Excluding rocking chairs, these items are
only available for delivery to Mainland UK. Single beds & the Belgravia nursery
range are also available for delivery to the Isle of Wight. For further

BFPO
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to BFPO addresses.
When entering your address details, please enter the BFPO address where you are
based and not Mill Hill.
Channel Islands and Eire Deliveries
A charge of £13.95 will be made for each order delivered to The Channel Islands
and Eire.
For Channel Island customers, please select UK-Channel Islands as your country.
International Delivery
Delivery outside the UK is available for selected items.
A variable delivery charge will be applied at the checkout, according to the
country of destination.

* The delivery charge will be applied according to the total weight of your
delivery. The delivery charge will be displayed at the checkout on the order
summary page.
Delivery is made by airmail and can take up to 30 days.
Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries. Before ordering
please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country to
which the goods are being dispatched.

Hassle-free returns policy
Mothercare is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.
* We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not
completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition,
within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
* This can be either direct to us at Mothercare Direct, Ladywood Works,
Leicester Road, Lutterworth LE17 4HD, or most items can be returned to any
Mothercare store. If you need advice please ring 08453 30 40 30. This does not
affect your statutory rights. Please note any postage incurred by returning the
item(s) to us will not be refunded.
* All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the
delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
* If you live overseas please phone our Customer Service Team in the UK on +44
(0)1923 210 210, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*excluding toiletries, personal items, opened videos and software (unless
faulty). This does not effect your statutory rights.
Mothercare pushchair guarantee
Any pushchair under £100 (i.e. up to £99.99 is subject to a 6 month guarantee.
Any pushchair over £100 is subject to a 12 month guarantee.
Refunds/Exchange
We will refund or exchange the pushchair if:
* it is returned unused and within 28 days of purchase
* the pushchair displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of the guarantee
validation period.
Repairs and Spares
We will repair your pushchair free of charge if:
* it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days and within the guarantee
period.
You will be charged for repairs and spares* if:
* the pushchair has been damaged accidentally within the guarantee period
* the pushchair requires repairs or spares after the guarantee period expires
*If ordering spares through the Customer Service Team you will be charged £2 p&p
in the UK. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Fabric
* Our manufacturers endeavour to hold fabric/co-ordinating components for the
duration of their guarantee. If colours are not available co-ordinating colours
will be used.
Keeping you mobile
We will provide you with a courtesy stroller, subject to availability, whilst
yours is away for repair.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
Affix your delivery note or credit card receipt as proof of purchase to the
guarantee.
If a problem occurs with your pushchair and you need to claim under the
guarantee please contact your local Mothercare store of call our Customer
