Items are shipped within 1 to 3
business days
If an item is out of stock you will be
notified by e-mail of our expected
restock date. Orders are shipped insured
for thier full value.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any
product purchased through
JewelBasket.com, contact us for a return
authorization within 30 days from the
invoice date. You will be credited the
full purchase price less shipping,
handling and gift wrapping if
applicable. Final sale or any ring items
sized more than 1/2 size either larger
or smaller can't be returned. All
Mother's Rings and Pendants are made to
order, and are a final sale. Jewelry
Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have
a 15 day return policy.
To return any jewelry item, email us at
customerservice@jewelbasket.com. or
call us at 1-866-81-JEWEL for a return
authorization #. Please include a brief
note of the reason for your return, a
copy of the Invoice with the return, and
make sure the item is insured for the
total cost. JewelBasket.com is unable to
accept any returned merchandise that has
been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or
marked in any way.
Note: All Items must be returned in
refurbishable condition.
Note: Due to the manufacturing processes
Gold weight and Stone weights may vary
by up to 5-10%, above or below, the
advertised size and weight.
Product Warranty
Jewelry purchased
from JewelBasket.com is warranted for a
full year. This covers any
manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry
item breaks not due to abuse or misuse
JewelBasket.com, at its discretion, will
either repair or replace the item.
Extreme wear may cause some jewelry
stones or pearls to fall out of thier
settings. This is not covered.
Your Credit Card will only be charged once the order has shipped
Once an order is placed, you are
e-mailed a confirmation. When we ship
the item or items, your credit card is
billed. You will only be billed for
items shipped. Backordered items are not
charged until they to are shipped.

Shipping addresses are verified in
advance. In those rare cases where an
address does not exactly match your
credit card address, we may need to
contact you. On entering the order, a
slight mistype may be the reason.
Another possibility is that a customer
moved and forgot to update the address
on their credit card. At JewelBasket.com
we always ensure that the credit card
owner is placing the order. We go to
great lengths to prevent any possible
fraud.
Your Personal Data is kept Private
All of the personal data we receive is
private and is kept confidential. We
never sell or share this information
outside of JewelBasket.com
Lost Package Policy
On the rare occasion, that a package is
lost in transit, either by United States
Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, we reserve
the right to wait up to 30 days from the
inquiry or trace date to determine if
the package is actually lost.
JewelBasket.com, LLC. will not hold the
purchaser's funds any longer than
possible. However we need to follow
proper postal procedures to determine if
the package was signed by anther person,
stolen or lost. We will refund the
entire purchase price unless proof of
delivery can be obtained (i.e. the
package was delivered and signed for).
Money for lost packages, will not be
refunded unless the above procedure is
followed, and it is understood that
JewelBasket.com LLC. has fulfilled their
obligation once the package has been
shipped from our offices.
Ring Size Exchange Policy
JewelBasket.com will exchange a ring
size for a different ring size of the
same style at no cost for the
first exchange. If subsequent exchanges
are required, an extra refurbishing
charge of 15% will be added, and charged
to the original credit card.
