1. Whats the difference between OEM, Remanufactured, and Compatible
cartridges?
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEMs such as Apple, Canon,
Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark are the companies that produce your
inkjet printer as well as the cartridges that are used in them. Remanufactured
cartridge is a cartridge that has been disassembled and its worn part replaced
including the print head. The cartridge then is refilled with ink, and is tested
to assure printing quality. Compatible cartridge is specifically manufactured to
meet or exceed OEM specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of
quality printing results. Our compatible cartridges are manufactured by the
largest ISO 9001 Certified manufacturer in Asia who use brand new components,
and are an economical alternative to expensive brand name cartridges. We offer
both remanufactured and compatible cartridges. All our products are manufactured
to meet or exceed the specifications of OEM products. Noted: The use of
compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printers
warranty.
