Shipments can be made within United States only.

[ menu ] How long does ground shipping take? Under normal conditions when merchandise is in stock, orders will be received within seven to ten business days.
Ground Shipping is free of charge for coffee totaling $70 or more.
Please note that free shipping applies only to the coffee portion of an order when the coffee cost is $70 or more.
All other orders will be charged according to the Shipping Fee Chart* except for illy a casa coffee membership program shipments which will be charged $5.00 for ground shipping if the coffee total is under $70.

[ menu ] What is illy's return policy? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
To ensure proper credit, the original packing slip must be returned with the merchandise.
