-. If merchandise is found to be defective in workmanship or material,
a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number must be requested within 7 days from date of
invoice.
The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
If item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT will be issued.
There will be no exchanges or credit on merchandise that is not defective.
-. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF
RETURN AUTHRIZATION OR RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED.
