Refund Policy
In case (highly unlikely) you fail in exam after using our practice exams and
study guides, we will refund your money back. We will refund your money by
crediting your credit card in case of failure in exam in first attempt. However,
refund will be granted if the customer fulfills the following requirement:
Refund claim must be submitted within 30 days time by email or fax from the
purchase date (purchase date is inclusive).
If you took the test at VUE you must send us the Registration Number and the
Validation Number. This is required to validate result.
If you took the test at Prometric , then you should register yourself at
2test.com and provide us login ID of 2test.com and password to view your score
sheet.
The refund claim includes the following essential information:
Order Number
Purchase Date
Order Description (Exam Code)
Last 4 digits of Credit Card
VUE/ Prometric( 2test.com ) - Login ID and password
Score/ result sheet must indicate the same name of customer
Note: Examsheets.net will deduct only 20 % charges as a transaction fee. This
policy will be applicable from Feb 09, 2004 onwards. The moneyback guarantee is
not applicable on purchase of Saving Packs.
Privacy Policy
ExamSheets.net obeys a strict code of privacy in regards to our customers' and
visitors' information. ExamSheets.net is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to
others.
We do not share aggregated demographic information with our partners and
advertisers. We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit
card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do
not retain, share, store or use identifiable information for any secondary
purposes. The security staff of this website takes every precaution to protect
our users information. When users submit sensitive information via the website,
your information is protected both online and off-line.
Delivery Policy
The purchased products will not be activated immediately for download after the
successful credit card transaction. And you will see Under Process message
against each product in your My Account area. This is due to the delay in
capturing the transaction funds by our credit card processing company. As soon
as confirmation from is received that the funds are captured, the purchased
product gets activated and Under process will be replaced with Download or Start
SEE in your My Account area. An email confirmation for activation of products
will also be sent to you. If this does not happen within 24 hours from your
transaction time, please contact at sales@examsheets.net.
