Question: Are these films full length features or just previews and trailers?
Answer: These are all full-length feature films.
Question: What region are these DVDs?
Answer: These DVDs are Region 0. They will play in any DVD player in the world.
Question: Are these DVDs PAL or NTSC compatible?
Answer: These DVDs are NTSC compatible. That means if you live in North America,
South America, or Asia you will have no problem viewing these DVDs. If you live
in Europe or Australia, you should check your TV documentation to see if your TV
supports NTSC.
Question: I see some DVD MegaPacks on your list, but I can't order them. How can
I get those?
Answer: If there is a MegaPack you can't order, it hasn't been released yet. If
you join the club, we guarantee you will be able to receive them as soon as they
become available. If you do not join the club, we cannot guarantee you will
receive them because they are being released in limited quantities.

Question: What if I receive a collection that I do not like, but would like to
continue being a member of the club?
Answer: After your 3rd obligated shipment, you will receive a form. This will
let you select which DVD MegaPacks you want to get and which ones you don't want
to get.
Question: Can I join this club and have the orders shipped outside the US?
Answer: No, but if you go to CrazyApe.com, you can purchase them individually.
Question: Can I substitute the first three obligatory shipments?
Answer: No, these are automated shipments, and there are no substitutions
avaialable for just these three shipments at this time.

We only ship orders M-F. We do not ship on weekends. Air delivery order placed
on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.
All Express Orders Placed by 2:00 CST will be shipped out the same day
(excluding weekends and major holidays).

Refund and Return Policy:
DVD Club Return Policy:
You have 10 Day money back guarantee with your first shipment. If you aren't
satisfied, refer to the steps below on how to return your order.
Non-Club Return Policy:
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with what you have received from us,
you can return your purchase for a full refund (except shipping charges), as
long as your return is 30 days or less from the date shipped. You must follow
these instructions to return something:
DVDMegaPacks will not accept any return without a valid RMA number.
Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
To request an RMA number, email us at service@dvd-megapacks.info.
Do not return anything WITHOUT receiving an RMA number.
Any products returned without proper RMA# will be assessed a 20% fee.
RMA numbers are good for 10 days from the date of issue.
Shipping is prepaid by customer, on all returns
Please allow two weeks for credit.
Due to our relationship with our manufacturers, if part of a product becomes
defective, you have to return the whole thing to receive credit or a
replacement.
For replacements, once the returns department has received your defective
product, DVDMegaPacks will immediately ship your replacement (dependent on stock
availability) to the same address as the original order.
Please return your item (defective or otherwise) in the same manufacturer
packaging it came in. Include all packing material, manuals, software, and
registration cards. Your ORDER NUMBER MUST be written on the outside of the
shipping carton.
Remember to include the packing slip from your original order. If you don't have
it, just give us your order number.
Please do not write on the manufacturer's box. Instead, please write your RMA
number either on your packing list, or, if your item came packaged in a plain
brown box or paper, simply write it on the outside of that packaging.
