We use the shipping method that is best for each customer and his or her
specific needs. Delivery times will vary substantially on each poduct as many
are custom made. Most orders are delivered in about two weeks of the date the
order is processed. Items may occasionally become Back-Ordered and could take
take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If an item is Back-Ordered, you will be
notified and have the chance to reverse your order.
Shipping charges are based on an easy to use tiered grid that adjusts with the
dollar amount purchased. We try to ship all items ordered at the same time but
it may not be possible in certain instances. If such an instance should arise,
you will be charged only one time for shipping.
