HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Just fill out the online application for instant approval. If approved, your
loan proceeds will be deposited directly into your personal checking account by
ACH. When your loan payment is due, the finance charge will be automatically
debited from your checking account unless other payment arrangements are made.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY?
As soon as we have ALL the information from you that we need, the approval,
denial process takes about one hour. If approved, your loan amount will be ACH'd
into your personal checking account the next business day (if approved by 6PM
Eastern time). If you are denied, you will receive an email. You can also call
in one hour after faxing us your documents to check the status of your
application on our fully automated system.
WHEN WILL I KNOW IF I AM APPROVED OR DENIED?
As soon as we have ALL the information from you that we need, the approval,
denial process takes minutes. If approved, you will be asked to sign a Loan Note
and Disclosure form and fax it back to us, if you are denied, you will receive
an email from us. You can also call to check the status of your account.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY FAX HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
Call our automated system at 1-800-992-9200, 2 business hours after faxing your
documents to us. Enter your social security number. If you hear the message "We
are unable to process your application until we receive your faxed documents..."
then there is a strong possibility that we have not received your documents or
your documents were received after our normal business hours.
WHY DID THE FAX TRANSMISSION GO THROUGH YET YOU DO NOT HAVE MY DOCUMENTS?
The documents may have come through and are unreadable or unclear. There may be
phone related issues that are preventing a clear delivery of the fax.
WHAT IF I TRY TO FAX MY DOCUMENTS AND IT DOES NOT GO THROUGH?
We try very hard to ensure that we can receive every fax in a timely manner. Try
to fax to our alternate number. Our fax numbers are 1-888-464-0016 or
1-888-257-0022.
AFTER I FAX MY THE APPLICATION AND ALL OF MY INFORMATION, SHOULD I EXPECT A CALL
FROM ONE OF YOUR LOAN REPRESENTATIVES?
We will notify you by email that we have received your documents. We will also
notify you by email when your loan is approved or denied. We will call you if
there is a problem with your documents.
HOW MUCH IS THE FINANCE CHARGE?
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on a typical 14 day loan is 782.14%, which is
$30.00 per every $100.00 borrowed. You can also refinance your loan.
WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY THIS BACK?
In most cases you will have to pay the amount owed on your next payday, if your
payday comes sooner than 4 days, it will be the payday after that. A normal loan
duration is no less than 4 and no more than 37 days.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE LOAN BACK IN FULL?
No. You have the option of refinancing your loan. You do not have to do anything
to select this option. You only need to notify us if you want to pay your loan
in full.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND NO LONGER WANT THE MONEY?
In that case you need to send a fax to 1-888-527-0001 within 24 hours of the
approval of your loan. If the money has already been sent to your account, we
will debit your checking account for the principle amount also, if it is within
24 hours.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REFINANCE?
You can refinance the full amount up to 4 times. You must start paying down at
least $50.00 on your loan every time you refinance after that until your loan is
paid off.
