We Love Barbeque Sauce!
The Carolina Sauce Company is located in the heart of barbeque country, and we've got a special affection for the local barbeque sauce. While many might consider the superiority of mustard, tomato, or vinegar based barbeque sauces to be a religious debate, we love them all. And that's why we have the most comprehensive collection of NC barbeque sauce available on the web. We also like hot sauce! To make things easier on you (which is what we're all about), we've assembled a truly amazing catalog of our products for convenient browsing.

Jim's Own Barbeque Sauce
We first ran across this one in a gourmet store. It's a deliciously sweet and tangy North Carolina style barbeque sauce, but without the heavy vinegar taste. Jim's Own Homestyle and Hot Bar-B-Que Sauces originated in Jim's mother's kitchen over 50 years ago. This sauce has won awards in local cookoffs. Hearty and healthy, these all-natural sauces are fat, cholesterol and gluten free. If you live in North Carolina, you might be able to find this at the local grocery store, but the Carolina Sauce Company is the only place on the web you can order this. $4.50

Santo and Josie Pasta Sauces
We generally don't like pasta sauce in a jar. When we do use it, we end up adding in extra mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, sausage and seasoning -- and by then we've basically done all the work to make it from scratch! Santo & Josie Sauces turn that thinking upside down. These sauces are soooo good that you can boil your pasta and put the sauce on right from the jar. Tomato Artichoke is our favorite, but eggplant and olive are also wonderful. This sauce is available at a few gourmet stores across the Carolinas, and of course it's a featured product at the Carolina Sauce Company. $5.50
