How do I check on the status of my magazine subscription order?
To check the status of a magazine subscription order you placed with Best Magazines Direct subscription services you can visit our Magazine Customer Service center and submit an order status support ticket. Our customer service staff is available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (EST) Monday through Friday and will respond promptly with your order status information. Please be sure to include your first & last name, order number, and email address.


When can I expect my first issue?
We ask that you please allow 8-12 weeks for delivery of your magazine subscription order. No, our magazine subscription service is based on receiving payment at the time you place your order. You may provide payment by using a credit card or by check. When using a credit card your order will be processed immediately. When paying by check, your order will be processed once the check is received and cleared our bank.

Yes you may place your order by calling our magazine subscription customer service department toll-free(561) 995-6994or (561) 995-6994. Our customer service representatives are available to accept magazine subscription orders between 8:30AM - 5:30PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

You can also fax us your order and we will process is it immediately. Please be sure to indicate what subscriptions you are ordering, the length of the subscription (1 Years, 2 Years, Etc.), your phone number, your billing information, and where you would like the subscriptions sent. What is your security policy?
Federal law states that your credit card company cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. Please note that this limit only applies to credit cards, not debit cards. Since we offer you a Security Guarantee, we’ll reimburse you for the entire liability not covered by your credit card company, up to $50. Check with your issuing bank on your exact liability if you’re concerned.

If an online fraudulent charge occurs on your registered credit card, the cardholder must notify Best Magazines Direct within 30 days from the date that the fraudulent charge occurred. In order to make a claim, the cardholder must provide completed claim forms, a police statement, if applicable, as well as a legible copy of the applicable credit card statement listing the credit card liability charges incurred by the cardholder. If the cardholder fails to give notice within 30 days from the date that the charge occurred, denial of reimbursement may result.

Our customer service representatives are always available for your convenience. To notify us, simply call (561) 995-6994and we will set up a reimbursement file and for your forms to arrive no later than 90 days after the date of the fraudulent charge. We will not pay any reimbursement that is not completely substantiated in the manner requested within six months of the date that the fraudulent charge occurred.
