Where Do You Keep The Food?
Almost all Apple Creek products have ample storage space for all of the items that make a picnic complete. Many products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels, and food storage containers.






How Long Does The Food Stay Hot/Cold?
Our Thermoguard insulation keeps your food at the proper temperature for 5 – 8 hours depending on the outside temperature. Separate hot / cold packs are also available to keep your items fresh for longer.

When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Apple Creek sends out ground orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Apple Creek has daily scheduled pickups with UPS, Fed Ex, and US Postal Service. The cost of shipping will be determined by weight and calculated by current standard shipping rates. There is a $3.00 handling charge for all domestic shipments. If requested, a gift card is included at no additional cost.

Expect 5 to 7 Business Days for arrival on all Ground Shipping Orders.




Can I Track My Order?
Apple Creek is dedicated to providing complete customer service. Tracking numbers are provided using UPS or Fed Ex customer notification system. Will Apple Creek Gift Wrap My Purchase?
Apple Creek provides gift wrapping in four styles: wedding, seasonal, masculine, and feminine themes. We do not provide photos of these paper choices as actual styles may vary according to stock at hand. The cost of gift wrapping is $6.00 per item.
