FAQ's1. Who is eligible to purchase from Academic Superstore?

If you are a part or full-time student, teacher or faculty member attending or
employed by an accredited, degree-granting institution (K-12 or Higher Ed), you
are eligible. Microsoft will authorize K-12 students to purchase at academic
prices only if they have a letter of acceptance from a college. For more

2. What is acceptable proof of eligibility?

We require proof of current affiliation with a school. Accepted verfication can
include the following: a dated student or faculty ID card, fee receipt, course
schedule, pay-stub, or employment contract combined with any photo ID (driver's
license, passport photo, etc.) Please feel free to block out any private
information such as pay amounts and social security numbers. For Adobe, Corel,
Microsoft, and SwishZone products, a photo ID is required. For more information

3. Do I need to send eligibility documents with every order?

All eligibility documents remain on file for up to one year. After this period,
extended verification is required. For more information see Eligibility.
4. How long is my proof of eligibility kept on file?

Eligibility for students is valid for the current semester. Eligibility for
teachers and faculty, is valid for one year. Exceptions apply when the proof of
eligibility contains a specific expiration date. In this case, eligibility is

5. Are schools and institutions eligible to purchase from Academic Superstore?

beginning date of purchase.
