You can return an item within the first 30 days* (from the shipping date).
We'll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the
merchandise — whichever you prefer. All returned or exchanged items must be in
their original box and include packing material, manuals and all accessories.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Abt Electronics will cover the
cost to exchange within 30 days*. Products returned that weigh more than 50
pounds will be charged a return shipping fee. Fee will be based upon size and
weight of the product. A return shipping price will be sent to you before it is
picked up.
* Please note
- 14 day limit on the return of MP3 Players and Hard Disc Recorders.
- 5 day limit on the return of Camcorders, Digital Cameras, PDAs, Laptops,
Desktop Computers and Computer Acc. Mobile Related Products.
- Opened satellite boxes & systems (or activated cards) may not be returned.
Exchanges done by the manufacturer.
- Restocking fees will be charged only if your order is not returned in its
original box, is missing packing material, manuals or any accessories.
- 30% restock fee for all returned DVD Recorders and VCR/DVD combo units.
- Free shipping (and reduced shipping) promos do not apply to return/exchange
shipping on freighted items (50 lbs or more).
- No returns or exchanges on food products.
