protect our clients personal and financial information. NR4
collects your information and profile data in order to conduct
business with and provide services to you, and its anti-piracy
clients. This information is also stored to assist with further
communicating our products and services, and to enable our
valuable and proprietary anti-piracy services. Our clients may
cancel or opt-out of future marketing mailings (see below). When

perform the financial transaction. Client financial information
which is collected (e.g. using order forms, client request

NR4 has commercially reasonable security measures in place in
our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information that we have collected from you at our
site. NR4 also uses our best efforts to maintain our internal

held liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, business interruption, loss of information, damages
for lost profits) arising out of the use of or inability to use
our services, even if NR4 has been advised of such damages.
Due to the anti-piracy nature of NR4's business, our Internet
servers (including but not limited to web and email) collect all
information available, including but not limited to TCP/IP
addresses, web browser, operating system, date and time of
access, website addresses that linked you, all submitted form
data, and any other information available. Our servers use
cookies and other proprietary means to improve our customer
experiences, as well as to help us track certain activity which
may assist in the discovery of the source of our client's
intellectual property distribution.
Our sites also collect demographic and profile data, which
may be used to determine the development cycle of our new
services. This information may be shared with advertisers and
other parties, but only on a summarized or non-identifying
basis.
Our policy is to not sell the information provided by you, or
otherwise obtained by our sites, servers, or software (unless
required by law), to unauthorized third parties, other than that
distribution which is necessary to perform our anti-fraud,
private marketing, and or anti-piracy services. For example,
distribution of the information may be provided to hosting
providers, attorneys, lawyers, our anti-piracy clients,
outsourced mailing or marketing services, and others on an "as
needed" basis, in order to provide our anti-piracy and marketing
services to our clients (e.g. serving Digital Millennium
Copyright Act "DMCA" notices to Internet Service Providers
"ISP's"). In addition, we may use the information to measure our
site traffic, statistics such as number of visitors, diagnose
network problems and errors, or generally to improve our
services.
NOTICE: NR4 also provides web/affiliate marketing and
software distribution for a number of companies, online
services, organizations, and private persons. This means our
sites may contain links to other third party and or "external"
sites not owned or controlled by us. NR4 is not responsible for,
and our privacy policy does not apply to, any third party site
or their contents. To try and bring you offers that are of

such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream

share with other organizations.

option to maintain all information (and all correspondences from
you) gathered by all methods, as well as continue to contact you
and your providers using all methods, services, and technologies
